The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order.

Title to the wine you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.

An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

For purchases of 6 bottles or more, the 10% discount will be applied at checkout.

For deliveries in Orange County and surrounding cities, we will process your order and deliver within two business days. There must be a signer that is 21+ to receive the order. We can also deliver to offices if that works better for you. For new customers, upon delivery, we will need to see a valid form of ID.

**For out of state deliveries, all packages are shipped on your behalf via UPS. We fully understand that no carrier is perfect and that some prefer other carriers. We found UPS to offer the best service and pricing for our customers. If you prefer an alternative approved carrier, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, to the extent possible, however additional fees may apply.

**Please indicate if you would like for us to hold and ship at a later date in the order notes (due to inclement weather, gifting, holidays, etc.). Unless otherwise indicated, the order will be shipped when order is ready via the purchased form of shipping for that order.

Orders under $100 will incur a $5.00 local delivery fee. Orders placed within our immediate area over $100, delivery is free. Orders placed in South Orange County will incur a $15 delivery fee.

You can cancel online orders. Online orders are processed within 24 hours so please contact us at (714) 255-9970 immediately if you need to do so. Please make sure to give the following information when canceling or changing your order:

Orders which have already been processed and shipped cannot be changed without an additional shipping fee and/or restock fee of 10%.

Please note that some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states.

If you are located outside of Orange County, we can ship directly to your home in select states. These states include AK, CA, ID, LA, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, OR, VA, WV, WY, DC and PR.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area, please select your items and enter your zip code at checkout. Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options. We recommend signing up for UPS My Choice, which allows you to track your packages and get automatic delivery alerts.

Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error.

Please contact us in the case of a spoiled bottle and we are happy to exchange for the same bottle or a bottle of equal value based on availability.

The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.
