Shipping policy

Carrier/Delivery

For deliveries in Orange County and surrounding cities, we will process your order and deliver within two business days. For new customers, upon delivery, we will need to see a valid form of ID. The signer must be 21 years old.

For out of state deliveries, all packages are shipped on your behalf via UPS. We fully understand that no carrier is perfect and that some prefer other carriers. We found UPS to offer the best service and pricing for our customers. If you prefer an alternative approved carrier, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, to the extent possible, however additional fees may apply.

Restricted States

Please note that some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states.

If you are located outside of Orange County, we can ship directly to your home in select states. These states include AK, CA, ID, LA, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, OR, VA, WV, WY, DC and PR.

Shipping And Handling Costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area, please select your items and enter your zip code in the shopping cart. Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options. We recommend signing up forUPS My Choice, which allows you to track your packages and get automatic delivery alerts.
