100 Years in Wine Living in Continuum
A cold wet winter replenished the soil and heartened the fruit set pushing budbreak later. Spring warmed gradually through August making for a slightly warmer growing season overall. The 2019 Continuum vintage expression is an elevated and lush dance of power and grace. The highest percentage of Cabernet Franc to date, this wine shows a lively nose with lifted hibiscus and floral notes. The entry on the palate reveals a generous dark fruit expression, with youthful black mulberry, savory wild herb and a ferrous minerality. Exquisitely balanced, 2019 Continuum is deliciously approachable now, and will continue to evolve and improve through time.

Blackberries, dark wet soil and blackcurrants. Graphite, too. So aromatic. Pure fruit. Full-bodied with superbly polished, fine tannins that draw you down through the center of palate. Extremely layered and the texture is so curated, giving wonderful persistence. Real plushness and fine, velvety texture. 50% cabernet sauvignon, 37% cabernet franc, 7% petit verdot and 6% merlot. Better after 2026.
